Publications

Andrew Murray has contributed more than 100 articles to the local food industry, engineering and agricultural press. He has ontributed several sections to books on the subject of fluid flow and hygienic building design.

He has presented papers at SAAFoST, SAIAE, SASDT, NOSA and SAIChE national congresses and at other symposia. He was and invited speaker to the 9th International Congress on Engineering and Food (ICEF9), Montpellier 2004 and at the 15th  World Congress of Food Science and Technology (IUFOST2010), Cape Town 2010
